At its core, the software simply collects data. However, where the software truly shines is the flexibility that comes along with that. The Netbeez team is very good at taking our data reporting and monitoring needs and quickly turning them into whatever dashboard/report we need. They're also very good at helping us figure out what would look good/be helpful when we don't have a clearly defined layout ourselves.
