Our representative, Brooks, was wonderful to work with. He answered our questions timely and sought out solutions to our customizations. Fantastic! The software itself is much better and more robust than the module we bought with our NetSuite implementation. We will benefit greatly from being able to consolidate costs that trickle in over a period of time into one asset record. It is easy to use and the integration was seamless. The only issue I've had is a getting one report that provides all the information in one place I need to support our audit. We had to run a few reports and combine them. Our auditors need to know our beginning asset balance, the current year depreciation total and the ending balance along with the criteria necessary to test the calculation (e.g., in service date, useful life, etc.). I am a NetSuite Administrator so my experience with reports/searches are pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
