Best thing about Net2Phone is their support. They have been prompt to respond and eager to help with whatever problem I've thrown at them. I couldn't ask for more from a support staff than I've seen from Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The service itself is good technically, but the little details are not so good. In a way, our previous landline service did at least a few more things that we need, compared to this service. Granted, the phones we purchased were low-end and that contributes to the problem, I'm sure, but things like directory creation and changes are much harder than they should be, in my opinion. Forwarding a voicemail from the phone itself and not just from email is another option we really miss. Again, a higher-end phone choice may have solved these problems, but we didn't know that when we purchased them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because net2phone is a hosted cloud phone system, your voicemail and features live in the cloud rather than on the phone itself. That means the phones you already have can do more than you might expect. We recently added the ability to forward a voicemail right from the voicemail menu while you’re listening to it: just press 8. No email needed, and no new hardware! But if your desk phones are rentals, we can also help you swap them for a different model if you'd like.
