We are using Net-Inspect on a daily basis without delay or interruption. Customer Support team is easy to reach and very helpful with some specific issues that are not related to system performance. The system has been implemented more than 10 years ago, many employees have been trained and successfully used it since then. Net-Inspect allows using its data with other programs such as Excel.
