What do you like best about Net at Work?

The people. Everyone we deal with there has been very professional and extremely personable. They take the time to listen and offer complete and obtainable solutions. What do you dislike about Net at Work?

Nothing really. They've been great overall. We did have a small hiccup at one point with the support ticketing system, but that was rectified right away and all is good now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Net at Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize Sage ERP and CRM for our company. We periodically run into issues with these software platforms on the server. Could be user issues, reporting issues or even SQL issues.
