What do you dislike about Net at Work?

About a year or so ago support wasn't very good, support tickets took days or weeks to get a response, or not at all sometimes. That has all changed and improved dramatically. Service from their support team now is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Net at Work:

Recommend for customizations (scripts, workflows), understanding Netsuite processes and functionality, troubleshooting problems with Netsuite. We did not use them for implementation so cannot speak to that part of their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Net at Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customizing workflows and scripts, troubleshooting and fixing problems, consulting on implementing new features, understanding changes in updates and impact on existing business processes, optimizing processes, all for our Netsuite ERP.
