What do you like best about Nestor?

This applies in particular to the following points:

- The clear interface and clear structures

- The ease of use of the entire tool

- The adaptability of various masks / content to individual needs

- The consideration of customer feedback

What do you dislike about Nestor?

We are still in the implementation phase and are very satisfied so far. Only the translation of the interface into another language is taking a little longer than expected. Previous feedback has always been gratefully received. Change requests were always checked for implementation and implemented directly or noted as planned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nestor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nestor makes skills management much easier for us. We can provide all employees with a transparent overview of their individual skills and development opportunities at all times. This helps us a lot in the area of personnel development and recruiting, as we always know which skills are available, which are still required and which need to be (further) developed.
