Neon CRM is a powerful tool for nonprofits, offering ease in donor tracking and event management. While it excels in many areas, the report setup process could benefit from improvements to enhance user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Neon CRM?

I love using Neon CRM for its ease of monthly giving which is super helpful for building up our monthly donors. It's great that it helps us track who is donating to our organization and lets us compare that to what events they're attending and how often they're engaging with us. Running reports on lapsed donors or new donors is really beneficial for keeping in touch with people. We don't have to guess at which donors have lapsed or who has newly donated, which makes it easier to do the important work of donor cultivation between gifts. Plus, the event features are amazing and very useful for us as a nonprofit event producer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neon CRM?

I do find it hard to set up reports the way that I want them. It's not always intuitive. It sometimes requires me reaching out to Neon CRM because the way that you have to set things up as in, like, is this in a group or not in a group? Is it a greater than or equal to? Can be really confusing in reports. And most reports that I run come back with lots of duplicates, so I have to spend my time deleting the duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Neon CRM:

Neon CRM helps us track donors, compare event attendance, and frequency of engagement. It eases monthly giving, aids in donor cultivation without guesses, and includes loved event features.
