What do you dislike about NeoCRM?

One drawback is the learning curve involved with this system. It requires considerable effort to study and understand. I still have more to learn before I can fully grasp all its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NeoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Event management, email campaigns, fundraising, membership management, online store, forms, dashboard, and volunteer management are all available in one place, which is very convenient for us.
