Before using Neighborly, we had tried several grant platforms in an effort to streamline our compliance and fiscal processes. What we really needed was a comprehensive solution that would allow us to oversee and manage all our funding sources in one place. We also wanted a platform that would be user-friendly and transparent for our partners, enabling them to stay compliant and efficiently handle their part of the grant process. Neighborly has introduced a range of features we didn’t have access to before. The ability to manage grants from application through monitoring, archive documentation, and handle our fiscal requirements all within a single platform has greatly reduced the time it takes to provide assistance to our partners. This has allowed us to shift our focus toward strategic planning and building relationships, rather than just managing the administrative aspects of grants. The platform has also helped us make significant improvements in compliance, utilize our data to set priorities, identify compliance gaps, recognize community needs, and help our partners spend less time on software management and more time on their actual programs.
