Neighborly has proven to be an excellent solution for consolidating all of our grant-related information in one place. It has significantly streamlined our claims process, making everything fully digital and much more efficient. Now, we can easily view all of our funding at a glance. The application process is also entirely digital, which includes the ability to grant our advisory committee access to applications for scoring with a custom rubric. The asset module is especially helpful for tracking our properties with affordability periods that need monitoring. Additionally, the work write-up and contractor modules have become invaluable tools for our homeowner rehab program, enabling us to manage the entire project within Neighborly—from the initial work write-up through bidding and claims processing.
