"Transparent, People-First Culture That Respects Work-Life Boundaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Nearwork?

Their culture stands out. They’re very focused on job disconnection and genuinely respect people’s free time. They’re also transparent about expectations, so there’s little room for misinterpretation with clients. On top of that, they consistently check in on how both the client and the talent are doing, and look for ways to collaborate and strengthen the relationship. What do you dislike about Nearwork?

Because they prioritize quality over quantity, filling the talent pool for very niche technical roles can take a bit longer than it does for broader, more generalist positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
