I like that Ncontracts gives me a more advanced way to track and monitor findings, makes internal audit reporting more efficient and uniform, and provides risk assessment guidance when we didn’t have any. I also like being able to customize it for our institution’s specific purposes and risk profile. I find there are a few extra steps in nVerify that aren’t as user-friendly, especially when setting up reports or saving current data. When I create an audit report, I have to hit the back button to move to the next steps instead of moving forward through the workflow, and there’s no save button, which makes me nervous that I’ll undo what I just entered.
