What do you like best about nChannel?

The ease of transferring information between RMS and our websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about nChannel?

nChannel is not backwards compatible. As a cloud based system it can retrieve information from RMS Headquarters, and push to multiple channels but it cannot take information from nChannel and place it into RMS. In a perfect world it would be nice if nChannel could take over as the primary system for all information that would update multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering nChannel:

If your a business that it looking to take the repetition out of data entry because you sell across multiple platforms, then the system will save you time, and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is nChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issues, and solution to the problem is efficiency. It took very long and a lot of of repetitive hours to put information into RMS, and 5 websites, this ties everything all in together and saves our company a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
