"Best-in-Class Chat Performance That Exceeded Expectations"

5/5

What do you like best about Navu?

The chat performance is the best we've seen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navu?

No downside at all, the tools and support and tracking have outweighed all expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our problem was trying to better understand our website traffic that was NOT identifying themselves by reaching out to us. We thought the chat window would provide more user interaction. While we haven't been over whelmed with chat questions, all the data provided by the Navu backend has definitely achieved the goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
