I really like the list option. I use it to create lists and then email directly from the list. It allows me to see when I sent someone an email and if they were on any other list I created in the past. <br><br>I liked the campaign feature before it was updated. I used it regularly to hold graduation forums. I could see who RSVP'd and who opened but did not schedule. <br><br>Advanced search with the ability to email straight from the search you just pulled. <br><br>Drop-in option instead of appointments <br><br>Report on appointment is super easy when they schedule it already populates the information and you only need to write your note.<br><br>I like the summary page as well. I do wish I could archive or move lists up and down based on the date I started and not based on the title I give them.<br><br>The email is not customizable; for example, it doesn't allow me to use my company signature, which includes a picture in the message.<br><br>I don't like that I can't pull an advanced report for just specific letter grades.
