A new teammate published her first demo in a matter of hours, and small edits that used to need a design's bandwidth now can be done by non designers like us in the marketing team. The analytics give me room to work. I can see step-level drop-off, check which steps hold attention, and sync engagement data to Salesforce so sales knows who viewed what. I’m not boxed into a fixed dashboard, so I can answer questions about demo performance without exporting anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Branching demos are where I run into friction. Each path is managed by hand, so when our product UI changes, I re-capture steps across several versions. That added about 8 hours to our last update cycle. A bulk-edit option for shared steps, or a view showing which demos reuse the same screen, would cut that down. Pricing also steps up as demo volume grows, so a usage forecast before renewal would help with budgeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Diganta, cutting build time from 6 days to 4 hours and getting 32% of viewers to the final step is awesome to hear!
For branching demos, shared captures can help: edit a shared capture once and every flow using it updates, and you can see which demos use a given capture.
When your UI changes, recapturing a full collection or applying text, image or styling edits across it can also save time.
For forecasting usage ahead of renewal, your account manager is happy to walk through your volume with you.
