Overall, the user experience of Matic is one of the upsides. It is a very powerful and capable product. All in all, it is one of the few pieces of software that we constantly use for sales calls, product showcases, and new feature showcases. Primarily, the ease of use of creating a demo, stringing new demos, and editing them is one of the strong aspects of Matic. I think there is enough data to suggest that the value getting from Novatic is worth it, with it being a primary driver for events and for a showcase page of our product. I think it is worth it. The general problem with the software is how inconsistent it is technically. There are issues when creating a new demo, and that can be pretty frustrating. Usually, the support tries and resolves these issues from their end, but the overall inconsistent nature of these technical difficulties makes the product a little inconsistent. Really glad Navattic has become such a go-to for sales calls, product showcases, and feature launches.
The inconsistency you ran into when creating new demos is valid feedback, and it's not something to brush past.
The team has been chipping away at stability lately, including fixes to demo creation flows and performance improvements around lag during editing.
If you're still running into hiccups, flagging the specifics to support helps pinpoint exactly what's happening on your account.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,
