What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

For one, it is free for our small business to use. Second, it is easy to navigate and is user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I can't say that there is anything that I have found that I dislike about Navan. It took me some time to get used to the booking process, but after using it for a week or two, I can now navigate bookings with ease. I think the only thing I have found bothersome is when I am browsing hotels. Whenever you click on a hotel, it always opens it in a new tab/window, so I will sometimes end up with multiple tabs open while browsing. Other than that, I have no complaints. What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been a lifesaver for corporate bookings for a very small business (we have less than 10 employees/subcontractors). It has helped us house all of our travel in one simple, easy platform. It has given us a way to be able to allow our subcontractors to book travel through our company without being confusing or bothersome. And we can pay for the travel on our corporate card so our personnel don't have to invoice us for travel now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
