"Navan Streamlines Travel Booking, Expenses, and Onboarding with Great Support"

What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

We like Navan because we can control and monitor what our staff and boards book for travel. It saves each person from having to use their own credit card, which would require us to do a whole reimbursement process, and they have to wait at least ten days to receive a reimbursement. We are able to download the expenses in a spreadsheet which helps us with financial processes. We have received good support when we've needed it. We have learned a lot from the tutorials and have had successful onboarding of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Sometimes it's a bit finicky. We have a couple of staff who seem to have issues frequently with booking. One keeps getting denied access, but the support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Navan helps us solve the challenges of group booking, which we do several times a year, and it saves us a lot of time on our financial processes. We used to ask everyone to book their own flights while still staying within our travel policy, but that was harder to manage. Now Navan applies our travel policy during booking, so people don’t end up reserving options outside of it. It’s easy to use, and it shows prices from multiple carriers at the same time, which makes comparing options much simpler. It was very user friendly when we set up the whole process.
