What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Navan provides a one-stop shop for corporate travel and expense management where so many of its competitors only offer one but not the other. This means in addition to automating employee expense claims and reimbursements, we're able to administer and update company travel and expense policy in real time to ensure compliance as well as a smooth employee experience. What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Unfortunately, Navan is not able to integrate with multiple instances of QuickBooks Online, which is our key accounting software. This introduces some additional manual work to export and import the data from Navan into our general ledger each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem Navan solved for us was replacing the previous manual process for employee expense claims and reimbursement, which required people to fill in spreadsheets and attach receipts to emails, which were then reviewed in detail by the Finance team. Navan automates and speeds up all of this, and we've received excellent feedback from the organisation as a result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
