I like using Navan to book hotels and flights because it offers excellent connectivity and plenty of flight and hotel options, better than Expedia and Booking. I enjoy the synchronization with Netsuite, as it makes expense reporting easier and the automatic logging is quite convenient. Refunds are quick and that's a big plus for me. Sometimes I notice the synchronization with Netsuite is a bit slow, I'm not sure if it's the internet or if there are too many transactions. Generally, I like to sync the expenses at the end of the day, but if it's too slow, I leave it for the next day. It's not much of an inconvenience, it's just that it doesn't say why it takes so long.
