Having all of the past board records in one place. There are so many systems within the company where materials get stored. So having everything in BV is very helpful. I also really like the Survey functionality. We use that for our board and committee evaluations. The user interface is friendly, and the reports are in an easy-to-use format. I'm not happy that MFA will become mandatory in January 2027. I also found it frustrating that survey templates can't be shared between different administrators. That cost me a lot of time this past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
