While I love Narrative and it has seriously given me hours of culling time back I came to write this review (which I never do, even created this account only for this lol). Month ago I accidentally created a second Narrative account (totally my fault) and was paying for the premium monthly and on the other account yearly. After realizing this I messaged Narrative, they messaged back, (immediately), helped me 'condense' the accounts AND refunded the months I had double paid. This was 100% my fault for having to many emails and forgetting my password lol but Ashton was so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
