An excellent tool that organized our workflow and replaced other applications.
We have been using NapoleonCat in our team for some time, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this application to anyone looking for comprehensive support in managing social media. The tool has genuinely improved our daily work in several key areas:
1. Customer service and communication in one place
The greatest convenience is undoubtedly the inbox. All tags, messages, and comments flow into one place. We don't have to switch between different platforms. A huge plus is the feature of assigning specific threads or sections to selected team members, which eliminates chaos and streamlines internal communication.
2. Automation that generates savings
Thanks to the built-in automation feature, we were able to completely abandon another paid application.
3. Content planning and reporting
The post planning module is convenient. You can prepare and schedule the entire publication grid in advance, giving the team a full overview of activities.
Additionally, creating reports is very intuitive, and the summaries themselves contain a lot of data - although I miss some. A fantastic option is the cyclicality feature - reports generate themselves, so I don't have to remember to manually download them at the end of the month.
4. Competitor analysis
The ability to monitor competitors' activities allows us to continuously analyze the market and more effectively implement and modify our own marketing strategies.
5. Customer support and onboarding
The support department deserves special mention, as they respond instantly. Thanks to their express help, we immediately solved the problem with automation configuration. Additionally, we took advantage of the onboarding training option for the team. The presentation was conducted so professionally and clearly that we didn't have to organize internal meetings to further explain the platform's functionalities to the team. What could work better?
The main downside is certain limitations when scheduling publications. I realize that most of them probably do not stem from NapoleonCat itself, but from restrictive policies and API limitations of external applications (Meta, TikTok).
- Lack of ability to add alternative text (ALT attribute) to images in a carousel and no option to add music to posts.
- Private messages (DM) from TikTok do not appear in the inbox.
- For Instagram Stories, there is no option to upload several tiles at once.
- When scheduling posts on Facebook, there is no option to directly schedule a link to an article.
Despite these few publication limitations, NapoleonCat is a powerful and stable tool. In the area of moderation, reports, and team organization, it is simply indispensable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
