I like that Namely brings multiple HR activities into one platform. The employee database makes it easy to find and update details without checking multiple spreadsheets, and the onboarding tools help organize new-hire documentation. Payroll features make it easier to review employee information and keep routine HR tasks organized. Namely also reduces manual paperwork and makes employee information easier to access. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and once the basic settings were done, the platform was easy to navigate and my team adapted with minimal training. Sometimes Namely feels a little slow when I switch between HR sections. I’d also like more flexible, customizable reports, with better filters for departments, employee details, and payroll data, plus options to export reports in different formats and schedule them automatically.
