Domain registration is simple and very competitive in terms of pricing. I used to register my domain with another company, but I moved to Namecheap more than five years ago and haven’t regretted it at all.

I also have multiple hosting accounts, including shared and business hosting. The hosting service has been reliable, and their support team is very responsive whenever I need help.

Over all, Namecheap provides reliable service, affordable prices, and very good support. Their offer clean and easy to use interface to manage the various services they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I dislike about Namecheap is that they don’t offer phone support, relying entirely on live chat and tickets. Sometimes I run into urgent issues, and I would much rather be able to call and speak with a person.

I also don’t like how they handle their mail servers. A couple of times, I had issues sending email messages from my hosting because the server IP was blacklisted, and I had to deal with getting it unlisted. I think they need to improve their spam detection and do more to prevent misuse by clients hosted on shared servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
