"The foundation of our ABM motion"
5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

What I like best is that N.Rich gives us account-level intent signal we can actually act on, not just a dashboard to admire. The intent data has become the backbone of our entire ABM motion, it's how we identify which target accounts are in-market, and it directly feeds our SDR outbound prioritization so the team is spending time on accounts that are actually showing buying behavior rather than working a static list. That focus has made our outbound far more efficient.

Beyond core ABM, the intent data has been flexible enough to power use cases I didn't expect when we started. We've layered N.Rich signals with other data in our stack to build things like competitor renewal-window monitoring, which lets us time outreach around when prospects are most likely to be evaluating alternatives. That kind of composability is rare in intent platforms.

The platform also slots cleanly into our existing tech stack and ABM workflows, so the data drives real downstream action, content sequencing, channel orchestration, and SDR routing, instead of sitting in a silo. For a B2B marketing team trying to connect intent to revenue, that end-to-end usefulness is the biggest differentiator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

The intent data is powerful, but turning it into action takes more manual orchestration than I'd like. The signals tell us an account is in-market, but stitching that together with the rest of our stack to drive sequencing and routing has been something my team has had to build and maintain ourselves rather than something the platform does out of the box. More native, opinionated workflows for "here's the signal, here's the recommended next step" would shorten the distance between data and action.

I'd also like sharper visibility into the why behind a spike, more granular topic and content-level detail so we can tailor outreach to what an account is actually researching, not just that intent is elevated. And as with most intent platforms, there's a ramp: getting the team fluent in reading and trusting the signals took longer than the onboarding suggested, so more guidance on operationalizing the data early would help newer users get to value faster.
