What do you like best about N-central?

N-Central is really easy to use. The configuration takes a bit of time to get used to, but once it’s set up it’s powerful, and you rarely need to reconfigure it. The UI is currently being enhanced, which helps with modernisation. Support is available through their chat option and is usually very efficient at resolving issues. What do you dislike about N-central?

The reporting could use some work. It lacks customisation, and the standard reports feel dated. Analytics was released as a way to provide more modern reporting, but this also felt lacklustre. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is N-central solving and how is that benefiting you?

N-central is our go-to tool for supporting our clients. It lets us not only remote into any device, but also use various tools at our disposal to troubleshoot issues before we even contact the customer for access. On top of that, the automation and monitoring capabilities help us take a more proactive approach to support, rather than being reactive when a service ticket is logged because something isn’t working.
