I have been using Take Control since switching from Logmein and aside from the deep price savings, I am very pleased with the ease of use and the continued product improvement. Not providing a msi for large rollouts. Product is a bit clunky for agentless setup in a one time help desk scenario. Also, having to use a third party app for multi-factor authentication is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
