The platform offers a high level of functional depth and reliably covers a wide range of requirements. The UI is somewhat outdated in some areas, but it impresses with a very high density of information and functionality and is increasingly modernized through Ecoverse integrations. The integrations are extremely versatile and allow for flexible adaptation to almost any environment. The performance is also strong, both in terms of stability and the scope of automation and management functions. The pricing is flexible for MSP and traditional models, providing a good ROI. We mostly deliver support and onboarding ourselves, but we can always rely on fast and competent manufacturer support.
