Due to high turnover with a traditional temp service we tried MyWorkChoice for a few of the entry level positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyWorkChoice?

It helped us to staff positions that had been high turnover. They also helped with a seasonal peak in staffing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyWorkChoice?

One of the shifts that needed to be filled was 11 PM to 5 AM. Understandably, this was not as popular with the community and all spots were not always filled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MyWorkChoice:

Very good for on demand staffing. We also used them for some longer term functions and found them to be reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MyWorkChoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

The positions that we filled are somewhat tedious. Normally they were done by people working 12 hour shifts. The jobs were more acceptable to people working the 6 hour shifts. Once the community was built we saw more consistent staffing from MyWorkChoice, there were significant attendance issues with the traditional temporary workers in these tasks.
