What do you like best about MyQ?

Redundancy at the printing service level is very useful: if a multifunctional device fails, the user can use any other device embedded with MyQ, without needing to add another printer or create a new print queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

One aspect that could be improved is allowing the modification of notification settings. For example, the toner level notification only activates when it reaches 20%; if I wanted to receive it at a different toner percentage, MyQ does not allow me to do so. What problems is MyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyQ solves print control in an environment where it is necessary to know and control what users print. It also allows me to centralize users in a database, which facilitates the management of users and passwords. Additionally, workflows can be automated, for example, document digitization can be directed to the destination we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
