What do you like best about MYOB Acumatica?

What I like most about MYOB Acumatica is its simplicity and user-friendly interface. It is easy to navigate, locate information, and understand how things work, which makes my daily accounting tasks much easier.

Although I don't use many of the automation features, I find the system flexible enough to accommodate our company's relatively complex structure and transactions, including those that require manual adjustments and postings.

Another thing I really appreciate is the customer support. Whenever I encounter an issue, I can easily reach out to the support team, and most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours, which is a great turnaround time.

I'm also excited about the new features being introduced, particularly AI capabilities. I believe these improvements will help simplify tasks such as financial reporting, reduce manual work, and make the system even more efficient in the future.

What do you dislike about MYOB Acumatica?

One area that could be improved is the handling of complex transactions, particularly foreign currency transactions. As our company deals with a large number of international transactions, managing foreign exchange differences and adjustments can sometimes involve additional manual work, which can be time-consuming.

Another improvement I would like to see is the ability to apply a single payment across multiple suppliers, rather than having to process payments against invoices for one supplier at a time. This would make payment processing much more efficient, especially when dealing with a high volume of transactions.

What problems is MYOB Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

MYOB Acumatica helps us manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations more efficiently, which is especially important given our company’s complex structure, multiple subsidiaries, and international transactions.

One of the biggest advantages is having all our financial information in one centralised system. Because we operate across several subsidiaries, MYOB Acumatica makes it much easier to manage the accounts for each entity and then consolidate everything for group reporting. This saves us a lot of time and makes the overall consolidation process clearer and more straightforward.

I also find the system easy to navigate. I can quickly locate transactions, review financial details, and generate reports without too much effort.
