What do you like best about MYOB Acumatica?

I like the customization and features in MYOB Acumatica. I can drill down into roles and responsibilities and tailor what each person can see. I can build widgets, dashboards, and in-house generic inquiries so people can see the information they need at a glance, without having to drill down. The generic inquiries also help me build the data and reports we need and connect data to tools like Power BI and AI tools. I like being able to switch between companies from a dropdown, and that the system gives us visibility and helps us keep our data accurate and recorded. I find it straightforward to use, and I like that we can make customizations with the development team, build process flows, and set up scheduled automations to do a lot of the work for us. What do you dislike about MYOB Acumatica?

I find that some screens can be a bit slow to load, especially when there’s a lot of data. The customizations are useful, but updates or changes can come at a cost if I need to upgrade them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
