I love the fact that the software is so easy to navigate for all the core HR features and since this is also used for employee management, it's so easy to use for the employees as well. The biggest downside with this software is that it gets down very frequently and the relevant icons might just disappear when you log in for some time. It gets fixed soon on its own though but still creates delay in work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
