Encouraging employees has been a challenge in the organization which has resulted in conflicts most of the times. This is because employees perceived the rewarding system as a corrupted system which favored some employees. However, with MyEmployees App, the system is now trusted and employees are quite competitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyEmployees?

I like the manner in which this application gauges the ability and commitment of employees with the basis of delivery and meeting targets before it can recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyEmployees?

Sometimes it gives results of employee achievements which are biased. This is because it does not have an option of classifying tasks on the basis of how hard they are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
