As mention above, this is great recognition program that helps employer to engage with its staff, boost satisfaction via rewards and perks; has good engagement tools and customer support. Also the interface is user-friendly which allows easily navigate thru the systems features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyEmployees?

not much in particular; perhaps certain fee discounts could be conisdred/implemented for the non-for-profit organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MyEmployees:

recognition programs will be great if also administered in line with the existing KPIS/Goals that staff populates at the beginning of the performance appraisal cycle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
