MyDesigns create amazing professional mockups that provides flexibility to choose any of the mockups. It's easy to use the platform and add your own images if using another image generator. I use MyDesigns mostly every day to create my tumbler wrap designs. It's very easy to integrate with other platforms such as Etsy and Printify. Very ease of implementation to create your designs quickly. I never experience anything troubling with the platform, so I really didn't contact customer support for anything serious. The least thing about MyDesigns isn't really a problem because I do feel like in the coming few months they may change a bit with adding your own video mockups maybe. If not, it's not a big deal.
