I like how user-friendly MyComplianceOffice is. The interface is great, making it easy to navigate. The alerts and notifications all work really well, keeping me informed effectively. Sometimes we get too many alerts, and have to resolve things manually, which can be a bit overwhelming. It seems like if the rules could be tightened a bit more after implementation, it might help manage the alert frequency better. Also, the initial setup took quite a long time, even though the implementation team was really good and supportive. It required a lot of work to get everything up and running.
