What do you dislike about mycloud PMS?

Dislikes are very very less but one thing they can improve is that they claim PMS live in 4 hours but sometimes actually it is not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is mycloud PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mycloud PMS is solving all my hotel needs to run successfuly hotel and in profits. Also it runs at it bests to ensure smoothness of our front office department, also keeping accurate track record of statistics for the management team in order to make vital decision.
