I appreciate that myBiz by MakeMyTrip simplifies the booking process in one place and has all the details available. The platform also offers great features like invoice management, authorized travel bookings by employees, and rule setting, which are valuable to me. It's a great self-serve platform that allows even lower-level employees to book travel and logistics, making it easier to set organizational limits. I also found the initial setup fairly easy as I could just sign up, answer a few questions, upload organizational data, and be ready to go without needing to get onboarded by an agent. The central dashboard for visibility across colleagues' bookings does not work great. All the trips booked by individual colleagues only show up on their account and not from the central admin's account. It's quite cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
