The tool works exactly as advertised, and it's by far the greatest support of any SaaS I've ever used. And that's coming from someone that runs an e-commerce company for over 10 years, that means my entire business runs on more apps than I can count. On the occasion that I submit a bug report... Get this... They actually take me serious and do NOT treat me like an idiot, unlike many SaaS. That is HUGE. That makes it worth sticking around for. Keep up the good work guys! I think the price is a bit steep for something that only gives you data and doesn't actually "DO" anything for you. But the biggest value is that you can request customizations to your reports. I can justify the price because I've learned to get good at questioning my data. Once I have the question in mind that I want to find an answer for in my data, then MRP builds it so I can see the answer laid out in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
