We were able to customize the platform to meet our needs and add our company branding logos. The MLH team helped us appropriately set up all users in the platform, has continued to offer great support for us after the initial onboarding, and is receptive to feedback. The recent addition of a JSON library was great and we are looking forward to see other features continue to expand. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** Although expiration dates can be set for courses, the user loses access to the course after the expiration date. This requires us to have to manually track if a user completed courses prior to the due dates. It would be great to see a future update add the ability to choose if the user loses access to a course past the expiration date. There are also limits on how much you can shrink some elements added to the course, which may sometimes require added creativity to accomplish a good page layout. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** My Learning Hub helps us keep track of user training compliance and training retention. It also helps us better understand if users are understanding training materials by being able to utilize a variety of different quiz/test questions. ### 3. The user interface, ease of management, and data analytics sold us on this platform. Our previous system had a very outdated user experience, and our System Admins found themselves doing all the user maintenance for our Franchisees and their teams. Within four weeks of launching the My Learning Hub platform, we have dozens of Franchisees managing their teams by assigning them learning paths and courses and looking to promote within so that their team leaders can do the same. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** The Authoring Tool is a bit clunky and seems limited for creating internal content. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize online learning to deliver necessary coursework to franchise teams worldwide. While we host local training at our Corporate Headquarters, it's cost prohibitive to send employees for every training class. Creating micro-learning opportunities on the LMS allows anyone with access to take advantage of our training resources from anywhere and at any time. ### 4. The features are really good. The support in place through the project managers rea absolutely amazing. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** It can be a wait to get some changes made to the platform to meet our very wide variety of needs as we work from cradle to career in our model- they try their best to adapt as much as possible. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work across a very big value proposition and have some unusual requests of an LMS system. We not only need to overcome geography but data expenses, standardization in delivery and provide high-quality learning to underserved communities. Still, our representative was clear about those missing functionalities and was willing to submit them for review by their production team for possible rollout to the network. **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** My Learning Hub provides a robust system to host our learning content within. It offers simplicity in uploading your own content or connecting with 3rd parties to share their content, but also has its own dedicated content creation software. Being able to build your own content within your LMS is a great feature. ### 6. It's simple to follow and the content of the courses themselves are relevant and knowledgeable. I would recommend the service to other professionals who require the same training and require refreshers for the pure ease of keeping track of the courses completed and expiry dates. There are also many other courses you can enrol in if you wish to broaden your knowledge further. This has been handy for me and my ever changing role. **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** On occassion. The courses do not register that course has even completed as it won't 'finish the course.' I also receive reminders when courses are due to be refreshed and it helps keep my learning productive. ### 7. Easy nav **What do you dislike about My Learning Hub?** The inability to project learning to users **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our content was previously in multiple places, and with MLH we are able to use various formats of learning content in one simple platform. The ability to upload external SCORM files as well as to be able to create our own content using the authoring tool have been ab absolute game changer to our business. However this could of just been due to internet connection at the office. All in all i find the total experience very pleasant **What problems is My Learning Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I see now that there is opinon to look at past courses. Which was not there before so thats a plus. With regards to the courses content very helpful and insightful its helped me improve on some things i did not know ### 10.
