What do you like best about My Ally?

The ease of use and made a lot of enhancements. It changes the way scheduling of interviews are going to be. The interview scheduling is faster more precise. I like how we are able to collaborate with the My Ally team with the every enhancements being done to make the tool better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about My Ally?

Since, technology is new, there are still more improvements that can be done. Dashboard and reporting can still be enhanced. SLA can still be improved so it can be faster. I hope we can give room where we don't rely too much in another tool, so that when one of the tool which is connected to fails it doesn't affect My Ally much and we ca still use the tool regardless. What problems is My Ally solving and how is that benefiting you?

Productivity is way better. Now, can focus on other important task in hiring. Interview scheduling is more precise, we can already avoid human errors. Easier to manage all interview scheduling and to track the movement of the candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
