What do you like best about Muster?

Muster is easy to use and easy to set up. The platform makes our advocacy efforts easy to implement and the Salesforce integration ensures we can capture constituents in our source of truth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muster?

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Muster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time intensive management of our advocacy constituents has been removed. They make set up and implementation of our messaging a breeze. We never have a problem with application performance and it pretty much manages itself. Also the price is great. We had great difficulty with our vendor search and implemented a very expensive solution which we had to remove. Muster emerged as not only a viable option but affordable and easy to implement.
