What do you like best about Muster?

What I love most about Muster is the FAST customer service and how easy the platform is to use! As a small statewide organization, we need tools that are effective without being complicated, and Muster does exactly that. I love being able to customize our advocacy messages to fit our members and our specific needs. Their team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to answer questions or provide support. What do you dislike about Muster?

What problems is Muster solving and how is that benefiting you?

Muster makes advocacy accessible and easy for everyone...our members, stakeholders, parents, guardians, DSPs, and other staff can quickly contact their legislators without having to look up email addresses or contact information. It takes the guesswork out of advocacy and removes barriers that might otherwise keep people from participating. As a small statewide organization, this is huge for us! We can reach more people, encourage greater participation, and make sure our collective voice is heard at the Statehouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
