What do you like best about muse.ai?

I signed up to test MUSE.AI over 6 months ago while searching for a more affordable video platform. I have used Vimeo, Brightcove and several others over the years. I am blown away by both the technology and the customer service. While they are still working on some features, I am confident they have the vision and the team to build the best video platform in the marketplace for my needs. And did I mention how affordable they are!!! Wow, there is no comparison to the industry leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about muse.ai?

There are some features that I know they are aware of that are not yet in place that I am anxious to have access to. 1) Social media links / sharing from the videos within the portal. 2) Manually organizing the videos on each collection and the portals. 3) Custom domain mapping for a more personalized branding experience. .... but that is a great start. What problems is muse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their search and AI functionality are beneficial, and the low cost for startup accounts and entrepreneurs is unmatched. As a result of their affordable service and fantastic customer support, I have been able to launch a video portal that will help our organization showcase our work and clients.
