## Mural Reviews
  ### 1. Feature-Rich and Reliable: Great Navigation, Templates, and Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larissa M. | Product Management Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

Mural has great features that work well, such as navigation, post-its, areas, icons, Jira integration, and templates. Also I got support when needed.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Mural still has several gaps, but it does seem dedicated to improving. The positioning and alignment reference lines have improved a lot, but it’s still lacking when it comes to placing items within areas, or when you have areas inside other areas. On a lower-capacity computer, Mural also tends to take a long time to load. I still don’t see much AI in Mural, and I think this is another area where it could improve.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural helps me consolidate ideas into a solution, since I can brainstorm and turn it to a clear workflow. Not really sure how measurable this is, but would say it makes online sketching possible, and compared to only text notes or paper, it's 100% better.

  ### 2. Mural’s Infinite Canvas and Intuitive UI Make Brainstorming Limitless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravikiran D. | Senior Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

The best thing about mural i love is infinite canvas feature which makes our brainstoroming limitless and borderless, also its intuitive User interface is something which i love the most about mural .

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I dont feel that there is something wrong with Mural it is one of my favorite software for our retros. and i feel the support and the integrations are also very well.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural is helping us in conducting good brainstorming sessions, as well as it is helping us in a very good retrospective of our sprints which is ultimately helping us to figure out what went well and what can be improved from our sprint failures if any, secondly we are using it to track our deliverables of our projects which also gives us confidence how our teams are performing real-time.

  ### 3. Simple Setup and Smart Arrow Adjustments for Effortless Decision Trees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imad A. | Management Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I mainly want to highlight how simple and intuitive the initial setup was. I was able to start using it right away, which I really loved. I also appreciate the automatic arrow adjustment feature, since it makes creating and updating decision trees much easier and lets me focus on the flow instead of worrying about the small details.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I have nothing negative to say. Their drag-and-drop diagrams and pre-designed templates are very useful because they let you quickly create visual representations without starting from scratch. This saves time and makes workflows easier to understand.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed software that was easy to use and understand, and that also let me export to PDF. With Mural, I found exactly that—and more. It’s been an incredibly useful tool for organizing my ideas into a visual decision tree, and it’s made a radical difference in how I work. I’ve gone from piles of notes to clear, visual service plans that stakeholders actually enjoy reading.

  ### 4. Seamless Real-Time Collaboration with a Polished, Flexible Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell H. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I love that multiple people can contribute at the same time—the real-time collaboration feels seamless. Its flexibility makes it suitable for almost any type of work, and the user interface feels polished and professional. The Mural panel lets us review all kinds of data in one place, and I also really appreciate the well-designed templates, which make it easier to get started and stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Overall, it’s a great tool, but I think they should improve the option to save files as PDFs. It would also be beneficial to add some gamification features, and I’d like to see more user-friendly tutorials to make it easier to get started.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use it for brainstorming because it helps me see which ideas are worth using. It also makes it easy to collaborate with different teams; with this tool, I can do almost anything I need. I’m able to work on many types of projects, and it supports collaboration by letting everyone contribute and share.

  ### 5. Seamless Real-Time Collaboration with an Intuitive Interface and Great Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan L. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I like the potential this kind of collaborative program offers, and the real-time collaboration feels seamless. It delivers excellent visual collaboration capabilities, and I find it impressively easy to use. I especially appreciate the intuitive interface, and the template library makes it a breeze to get started quickly.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Managing dashboards can be confusing at times, and I sometimes feel like there are simply too many options to sort through. When I’m working with large files, the process can slow down noticeably, which makes it harder to stay efficient. Also, some of the more advanced features seem to require a deeper, more in-depth analysis before I can use them confidently.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been an excellent collaboration tool, with an inexhaustible amount of information. It allows everyone to participate in the process and helps me improve my workflow. It also greatly simplifies organizing brainstorming sessions, and I use it to keep my team informed and aligned throughout the work.

  ### 6. Intuitive, Quick to Learn, and Packed with Creative Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eshani K. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I like how intuitive and easy it is to use, while still offering plenty of room for creativity and a comprehensive, systematic approach. It’s quick to learn, which makes it ideal for participants with no prior experience using virtual whiteboards. On top of that, the broad range of features—from icons and templates to freehand writing—makes creative work much easier and more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

To be honest, I don’t have anything negative to say. It’s easy to use and was very straightforward to integrate into our daily routine. It has become a fundamental part of the whole team’s workflow, and we end up using it almost every day.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I have nothing negative to say, the custom service has been excellent, from the initial setup to the (very few) technical issues I've had. Furthermore, this application has the right tools and level of complexity for my needs.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly helps me collect notes from each of our meetings and brainstorming sessions in one place, keep them organized, and start analyzing them. It’s also made it easy for me to upload a custom image—like a chart or diagram—and save it so I can reuse it on other canvases.

  ### 8. Fast Visual Idea Sharing with Flexible Templates and Strong Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonije D. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

I'm impressed by how quickly this platform lets me share my ideas visually, there are so many options to choose from across all the activities. The templates make things so much easier, and I love tis collaborative capabilities with team members.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

Ideally, everything should be available in a single view. Sometimes the dashboard becomes cluttered for no apparent reason, and occasionally the performance suffers as well.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us move faster than usual and enables teams to generate ideas together. It also improves collaborative management, and it’s fantastic to have a shared space where we can all work side by side. Overall, it greatly facilitates the visual organization of ideas and makes it easier to keep everything clear and aligned.

  ### 9. Fast Workflow Integration with Templates, Easy Diagramming, and One-Click Sharing

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mural makes it easy to create interactive workspaces where staff can add notes, draw, pin, files and images, and experiment with custom templates. It also makes it easy to upload various file types to your canvas, such as DOC, PDF, and ZIP.

  ### 10. Incredible Visual Collaboration with Powerful, Easy Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfred P. | Customer Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mural?**

This tool stands out for visual collaboration, making it easy for teams to work together visually from any location and on any device. I really appreciate its strong project management features, along with how user-friendly and customizable it is, and how quickly it becomes easy to understand. I also like that content can be implemented creatively, then exported without hassle and shared in a photo-formatted format.

**What do you dislike about Mural?**

I have nothing negative to say. We find it easy to manage projects from start to finish, and I have no regrets. I haven’t had any problems during the time I’ve used this platform; the overall experience has been truly incredible and feels perfectly tailored to our needs.

**What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for coaching, training, change workshops, and one-on-one sessions to develop a clearer shared overview. It helps break down subtasks, and team managers can easily track and monitor projects. The available templates also support collaborative work, and the platform is constantly evolving, which makes it increasingly user-friendly and flexible.
