Also I got support when needed. **What do you dislike about Mural?** Mural still has several gaps, but it does seem dedicated to improving. The positioning and alignment reference lines have improved a lot, but it’s still lacking when it comes to placing items within areas, or when you have areas inside other areas. On a lower-capacity computer, Mural also tends to take a long time to load. I still don’t see much AI in Mural, and I think this is another area where it could improve. **What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mural helps me consolidate ideas into a solution, since I can brainstorm and turn it to a clear workflow. Not really sure how measurable this is, but would say it makes online sketching possible, and compared to only text notes or paper, it's 100% better. ### 2.
